Any package of 6 or more sessions comes with personal coaching, nutritional advice and meal plans, and a customized workout program to do on your own.

  • This meal plan is designed to help you lose up to 10 lbs per month. To maximize your results, combine regular exercise, like my endurance training program or cardio-box/HIIT program, with this plan for 30 days.
  • Fitness Consultation
    Get a fitness assessment, where we take a look at your fitness level, proper movement mechanics, body fat and body measurements, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.
  • Lack the initial motivation? Need a kick start to your goals, 6 sessions might be just enough for what you need. Included is the consultation and a training program for 2-3 months. Use 1 session a week for the next 6 weeks, or use them 3x a week for 2 weeks. I will design a customized program with your needs, level of fitness and equipment for you to perform for the next 2-3 months.
  • 12 fitness sessions
    $75 per session. After 1 month of dedicated workouts, we can begin to see results. Take 12 flexible sessions to be used between 4-6 weeks. I guarantee by the end of the month, you’ll want to keep going as you start seeing the results of your hard work.
  • Take 1 session and we can focus on the weakness in your workout routine, so that you can progress your fitness safely and efficiently.

    24 sessions. After 3 months, our bodies begin to change and noticeable differences show, increased energy and fitness. By committing to yourself for a 3 months goal, enjoy the boost in energy, weight loss and better pricing per session.
  • My personal favorite, this workout class uses a mix of body weight, weights, resistance balls and even machines to make up a well-balanced workout. Every workout class will be different and is designed around a theme or body part. Short 30-60 seconds intervals of exercises to push your limits. A fun way to tone muscle and improve endurance. Great for small to medium sized groups (2-12 people).
  • Couple's Training
    If I could snap my fingers and make you fit I would, but the truth is, that it takes work and commitment. The good news is that this is a journey you don’t have to do alone. I offer couples training, a great way to get motivated and leads to a higher success rate. What if you’re at different levels? Not a problem, I offer a customized routine to preform together, I will be there every step of the way to ensure both members get the best and most efficient workout possible.
