My personal favorite, this workout class uses a mix of body weight, weights, resistance balls and even machines to make up a well-balanced workout. Every workout class will be different and is designed around a theme or body part. Short 30-60 seconds intervals of exercises to push your limits. A fun way to tone muscle and improve endurance. Great for small to medium sized groups (2-12 people).
